We use third-party couriers. They bear the responsibility to deliver your food intact and on time. The courier will provide you with an email confirmation & tracking link.
Deliveries arrive on time 95% of the time. In an unlikely event your food is delayed at the depot, you can manage your options: collect from the depot, collect from a local shop or reschedule for a later date. In this unlikely event, we recommend collecting rather than rescheduling for a later date. Although the food is sent in thermal packaging, it is designed to keep the food chilled for up to 2 days.
For obvious hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns, however we can issue a refund in special circumstances.
If you need to apply for a refund, please make sure you leave a message via our website contact form within 24hrs after receiving your food. We will contact you with instructions where to send your evidence. We will ask you to take photographs of unopened food packs as they arrived and send it to us, along with a brief explanation. This will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
